Robert Bobby Hatcher is Managing Partner of Equitime Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience as an investor, executive, and advisor across private equity, real assets, and alternative investments. Prior to founding Equitime, Bobby served as Executive Chairman of Avalon Advisors. Before Avalon, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cockrell Interests for nearly two decades, where he led the firm’s diversified investment platform and oversaw investment strategy, capital allocation, and governance across multiple asset classes. During his tenure, he helped build and manage a variety of successful private equity investment platforms and funds. Earlier in his career, Bobby founded and served as Managing Director of Citywest Ventures, a Houston-based private equity firm, and was also a corporate finance and securities partner in Vinson & Elkins LLP.
Jaime Arreola is Managing Partner of Equitime Capital. He has over 15 years of experience investing in lower middle market businesses across private equity and private credit platforms in the United States and Mexico. Prior to founding Equitime, Jaime served as a Managing Director at Main Street Capital, where he focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing lower middle market investments. Earlier in his career, Jaime held investment roles at Alloy Capital and Pinto America Growth Fund, where he focused on investment origination, structuring, and portfolio oversight. Jaime also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Excel Distribution, a private equity-backed specialty food distributor, where he led the company through significant growth in revenue and profitability.
